Aap ne li jo hui hai. Resale to hogi hi.
KIA ne comparatively buhat ziada price hike ki hai. Sportage jb aai thi it was very competetively priced so its sale was unmatched. Now Sportage doesnt have any advantage over its counterparts. So sales have hit a slump.
Although Pricing of Picanto and Stonic is another story, rather laughter story altogether.

KIA ne jitna start me sabr aur tahamul se prices control rakhi thi, abb uska badla le rahay hein. They've increased prices too much compared to others, now Tucson and Sportage are at same price even though Tucson was expensive than Sportage a few months back. They just want to increase profits, agar new Civic 65 ki hai tho phir Sportage 63 ki kyoun na ho, they're thinking like this. Picanto now for 2.7M as well. And you are right, Sportage has the most resale out of the crossovers available locally with more dealership network compared to others as well.

I just got mine delivered myself 2 week ago and even at that price i wasn't satsafied. But had no other option
My family is against chinese vehicles and already have a civic x so didn't wanted another sedan.
Plus kia is quite reliable and has a good network,parts availability etc.
Still not worth the price tag but then again when a swift costs 32 lack what else can you say.
Atleast its new and a all rounder vehicle with a good engine and nice ride height.

Sir mera laina sa kuch nae huta main na generally 1 baat ki hai...jitne b crossovers hain pak main kia ki resale value subh sa ziada hai, baki agar prices ki baat ki jaye tu subh companies na barhaye hain prices, magar kia ku.kuch ziada badnam kya jata hai

G right but Kia Sportage is inferior vs tuscon so equal pricing makes no sense. Stonic is no better than swift at 1.5 million more. Sorento flopped and struggling to clear stock till now. Picanto at 2.7 million vs much superior swift , even gl cvt. Not sure what is kia planning really. As an individual i and may others will prefer a tuscon even if its priced higher and here its now equal. None of the models are new as well. Obsolete from sorento to picanto and prices like some latest models? Strange.

Kia sales will see huge dip soon but at the same time, others are also not doing any good. Sab mil ker kama rhay

In my opinion Kia is very good option among the available ones. We have Sportage, Tucson, Civic and Grande at home. But after driving Kia Sportage around 30,000 Kms I rate Kia Excellent choice.
Original parts of all vehicles are expensive does not have any significant difference. Tucson fuel average is almost 1.5-.2 Km less than Kia Sportage FWD.
Overall, after retaining Kia for almost two years I still inclined towards it. On the Other Side. Rest as per Pakistani Market now a days after keeping Kia sportage two years still getting very good plus i.e. (10-15 %) above the purchase price.

I got fwd for 4.9m base - 117k fed returned in September 2021. I was from the lucky lot of 2.5% fed rebate.

yes, but the issue is how the part is designed and applied. e.g. Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Mercedes Benz etc. design their equipment with a proven service life and their parts provide that "quality and life too"

in my experience with Kia/Hyundai - they design stuff so it can sell off the showroom and then ask customer to buy new car if something goes bad after a few years - they treat their cars like a bread toaster.

when they were using mitsubishi stepshift automatics in the past - they didnt sell any internal part of it and asked customer to buy new transmission, while you could buy all the individual parts from mitsubishi parts counter. They also have some incredibly stupid faults in their new cars. they cannot get a windscreen glass to seal to the body (even if they were on gun point). Even loosey/shit manufacturers like General Motors has that sorted out.

Toyota ka b kabi b oil company sa change nai howa still do bara issue bana car main uno na free of cost change kar ka dia honda b aisa he kar ra i am very disappointed ka KIA 1 lac tak warranty da rai ti aisa warranty ko hm na kya karna ya to badmashi hoi paisa idr double lagai jaow to theek nai to koi warranty nai

I can understand what you feeling, but unfortunately in pakistan there is no gov department that monitor these car manufacturers and help consumers.

Yesterday I got a call from kia King gate to bring the car for service, I told them that I haven't drove it much it still 3000km and I don't want to waste my money by changing oil so early, but the guy over phone said sir it's company policy.

Today I took my car and this new manager told me that I can drive car for three more weeks and bring it after for oil change, I'll update you guys when I visit them for first oil change.
