wearing a tie on a shop floor is a fireable offense in most countries as the tie can wrap around a rotating assembly and pull the person in causing disfiguring injury or even death.
In almost all places Ive been the staff wearing ties are asked to remove them when they enter the shop area. Same with ladies with their hair down. They have to tie them up or not enter at all.
But, kya karein - in Pakistan "kuch nahi hota - jab ye marrjaiga to iss ki laash ko baahar phenk ke naya banda rakhlenge" (typical seth sahab mentality)
