I got my sportage in feb 2020, it has 7 inch screen, but i heard kia sportage now has 8 inch with video capability any idea when from which month booking this feature become available

Hello all.
1) What is the delivery time for sportage(fwd) nowadays?
2) This SUV crossover has really picked up in the market. And any price increase expected soon? Last price increase was in july 2019 when rupee was at 158 , now it is at 168.(I am also looking in market if I can get a decent deal for a used one).
3) And question from existing owners, what is the average cost of oil change etc as I have heard its very expensive as dealership charging alot and parts are expensive(I will insure the car obviously) , but have heard the headlights etc cost an arm and leg and availability is an issue.

A KIA showroom owner on Facebook Sportage group gave me an estimate of 10,000 Sportage units sold.
Regardless, general consensus is that it's selling in good numbers

That used to be the case in 90s and early 2000's. Hyundai and Kia have come a long way since then. Their new vehicles are excellent and just as much reliable as any other Japanese brand. You live in Saudi, don't you see hordes and hordes of Kia and Hyundai on streets everyday? There must be a reason for so much sales.

KIA and Hyundai have come a long way since the 90’s and early 2000’s. Check their reviews on YouTube and you’ll see they’re mostly positive now.

I am Not against anyone and although I agree that they have came a long way, the reviewes are at the time when the vehicles are new. No doubt they are good BUT both Hyundai and Kia dont age well, again I am not stereotypical but making a general opinion and sharing what I see personally.

Secondly their success is also because of lower pricing when compared with a model from competitor.
