I am only waiting for its launch price - otherwise I would have booked Yaris 1.5. I am more interested in hatchback than a sedan.

Top of the line Stonic might come with all features provided in 1.5 ativx plus climate control. It will all come down to pricing

Stonic is already in all showrooms through out the country, it's covered with black sheet. I think they will remove the cover all together when they plan to launch. It should be launch by the end of this month.

The current price of Honda City Aspire is Rs3,174,000, while it is expected that KIA Stonic will be launched in price range of Rs35-40 lacs. So, it means that the latter will be a bit expensive than its competitor.

There is no reason for it to be that much expensive ... it will be disaster ... It can't compete with the likes of grande, elentra and civic ... And also there are Sportage alpha and mg zs ...
It can compete only with Yaris , city and alvisin ... So higher price will not be so much attractive...
I don't know why parkwheel promoting it at 3.5 to 4 ...

My friend who has a friend working in KIA give him rough clue. But nothing is 100% confirmed. Look like they are waiting for $$$ price so can be 1-2 week delay is expected.
