Anything above 3.2 mil for top of the line variant would be way too expensive.

Don't forget its size and category.

On paper stonic is much much better than city. 6 airbags, hill assist, sunroof, stability control. parking sensors, LED lights and list goes on. Even passenger cabin space is more than city. Only thing it lacks is trunk

Overall a pretty good package, with so many safety features and good build quality (if) then a price of upto 3.2 mils is justified. Anything above that will be a dangerous teritorry to be in anyway.

There is no immediate delivery.. booking will start most probably by this coming Monday. Typical delivery times will be applicable and obviously the premium mafia will be active as always

Good, feature packed car that can be the pretty awesome for city dwellers. Price will be a huge factor as in 3.5m+ not only do the competitors get bigger engines, better comfort, almost similar features but also proven reliability and established resale. I really want to see Kia Stonic succeed, hoping for a Yaris and City ballpark price. Let's see.

This at 3.8 million would definitely be pricey. But what attracts me is that the buyer would have another option.

I mean if I have 3.8 million budget and I dont need a Yaris or a City size car. Or I don't like both of them

I would simply have another option to spend my money on instead of looking for used or imported cars.

Sportage if compared to Civic, Corolla, Elantra is also priced above c segment sedans.

I think they are implying a similar strategy.

More options are always better, not everyone wants a full size sedan, see the roads people are buying vitz for around 30, some people like compact and loaded cars.
Easy to maneuver, loaded with tons safety features, good ride height, low taxes, easy to park.

Golf for instance isn't cheap either but people love it worldwide cause of its performance, features and looks.
Here in Pakistan people are comparing sizes and length bla bla.
I'm pretty sure it'll be successful, and since next year civic and corollas new model will launch, they'll both touch 45 so stonic will do very good in the long run.

Any idea about Ex price? I was waiting for stonic since I dont like both yaris and city. I hope Ex is priced more reasonably to compete with city/yaris
