How does it compare to Toyota Aqua Crossover variant in your opinion? It's the closest competitor to Stonic in our market in my opinion.

Toyota Raiz 1.0T seem better than Stonic as i have seen on the road, i think its same size of Yaris Cross.

I was really looking forward to this but now I think I am going to go for MG ZS. Although they are chinese but they are also giving 4 year 100,000 warranty and looks like much better value for money with ready delivery

Space isn't that much of a big issue for us we like the specs and features of stonic but the question is will it sell even a bit because right now both civic and grande are priced 2 3 lakhs higher than stonic and stonic is a feature packed car with warranty and new plus we have grande which is more than enough spacious and the boot is big for long routes so stonic is gonna be more of a city car so the question is will it be a bit successful I dont think this is gonna be a hot cake but not smth like ciaz which didn't sell at all

We are planning to buy it but we don't wanna buy that is gonna sell like the Suzuki ciaz but it is gonna be more of a city SUV its compact enough for that purpose space is okay I saw the car in person but tbh space isn't that big of an issue for us so that's that we just don't wanna buy a car that is completely out of market or won't sell at all

Torsion beam performance is somewhat between independent suspension (multilink, double wishbone etc) and non independent suspension (solid axle). The performance mostly depends on whether vehicle is configured for comfort (e.g. corolla) or handling (e.g. honda city) but unlike "multilink" it can't provide best of both worlds.

Depends on your needs tbh if u want shashka and features go for stonic space is okay not too bad not too good Elantra is more spacious plus it's got 2000cc engine so decide on what your needs are

Kia at least have good support in pakistan for customers and are more trustworthy than Nishat. Elantra is a better buy otherwise.

exactly and its been happening on very frequent basis. weeks old news appear on PW blog as soon as CSPK publish it.. before that they keep sleeping.. just see the latest CATL, Peugeot 3008, next gen Alto, Tucson Ncap, Yaris 0 stars, and Celerio blog posts. all were 5/6 days old news but as soon as car spirit pk post it, the very next day it appears on pakwheels

Stonic value for money looks worse with each passing day. I fail to understand how Lucky Group made this blunder, is there no market research there at all? They got the early mover advantage with Sportage, since then they have been rolling out flops. Old generation Picanto should have been priced underneath Cultus, it wasn't. Lukewarm response. Sorento, another old generation flop, despite being priced well under Fortuner. Stonic should have been Seltos. A Seltos in 3.9 million would have been an absolute hit.

I've bought MG ZS and Alhamdulillah enjoying its drive. It also has its drawbacks but its much more spacious compared to stonic.

With picanto they have sold more than they expected , earlier they were struggling but as picanto presence grew on road so did its demand. It is selling quite well , could have been better if it had better fuel economy.

Stonic at this price makes no sense at all.

Yes MG ZS red/white was available readily in capital. This is also another reason I bought it. All other cars are 4-6 months wait period.

Given the choice, my preference would still be Cultus for its better and more economical engine. Also rear space is better imo. And delivery times on Picanto now are quite bad, people waiting for 7-8 months and now facing price rise as well.
