And ultimately I was at the dead end of hopar valley. Had late breakfast and climbed a hill to see the hopar glacier......closest glacier to the civilisation

I stayed at the hill for over an hour; enjoying the surroundings and "haamoshee" and finally turned back towards hunza. The mountains on the picture is ultar range that overlook hunza valley

Where to go now? googled hunza valley and Ganesh Village catched my attention.

Wikipedia said it is the oldest village along ancient silk route and that it is 1,000 years old.

Descended from karimabad and was back on KKH. After asking some folks, at last I was in front of the ancient village but there was nothing ancient. Asked a guy who was playing with his little son..... "yes you are at the right place. just park your car here and I will show you around." He was indeed a nice guy and graciously escorted me through the village. I want to say him "Thank you".

Basanti did exceptionally well. In fact I am surprised with her performance......my first "rolla" experience ever. Over the last 12 months, I have tested her skills upto lulusar lake, neelum valley and the current trip on KKH. Its suspension is soft and comfortable...yet strong enough, pickup is not that aggressive like reborn but when it comes to climbing....it did not let me down. The best thing is that there is not even a single noise in the cabin after a lot of rough road expeditions.
