yes they are still working on widening the spillway.. i dont know the exact details on the levels but heard that previously most of gulmit and gojal were both inundated.. now the levels have dropped and gulmit is out of water..by looking at the marks on hills it seemed that water level had dropped to approx 15m.. though it still took exactly an hour to cross in the boat
