When I make a U-turn whether left or right, I can hear a knocking sound between 20-25 km/h. If I go slower then the knocking sound decreases. Is there a problem with the bearings? Or something else relating to the steering?

Get brand new one with the correct grease (this is very important).
But first, get it properly checked, it can be something else too.

i don't know khadda market, i get the laborious tasks done from kamran market.
But so far, spare parts availability is not the best in pindi, so it is better to arrange spare parts first, so that there may not be any issue during the repair
