AOA Kindly if some one can brief me well about Suzuki Alto Japanese automatic, how is its performance in pakistan, what are the differences between Suzuki Alto VP, G, F E, G4 and X variants. Which variant and model is recomended to buy as I need to travel about 60 kms daily. How is its reliability? Is it reliable for long traveling like 200 _300 kms at times? Plz need ur views thanku.
Very reliable car but not made for long journeys because the RPMs start getting higher and higher so the car would be happy mostly in 90-100 Km/h otherwise if you still drive it on long no problems will arise.Power is good for its engine size at least it has more power than mehran which happens to be 800 cc.I'm saying all this from experience.Had a trip of kashmir,Pir sohawa and occasional trips on motorway also the car is Great at least this is what I've experienced others can suggest otherwise.
there are a few basic variants, g1, the basic one, manual windows, no abs and lousy rare seat.e2, power windows, abs, a proper back seatg2, all the above along with power retractable mirrors and push start
Yesterday i was reading on pak wheels forum that after some time it starts giving issues of more fuel consumption, like some body wrote that after 5 years if it is giving 1 km/L, even then not bad.
I have a JDM Alto 2010 with manual gear. It has 5 forward gears and its very very reliable on long routes as well. I have made countless trips from DG Khan to Mansehra (700+ Km) in one go. And once from DGK to Karachi and Back (900km one side almost). Never had any problem. Doesn't heat up with full AC during entire trip. easily goes to 120km/hr. with manual gear its mileage is easily 18km/hr. However, recently its acceleration is slow with AC. But still its good enough for 660cc car.
I am not using alto car but I am going to purchase, I have confusion I am living in nathia gali. Nathia gali is very high, somewhere slope on the road is about 30 degree. ....
Can this car able to cover such slope......
It can easily cope, but don't expect it to be economical in those parts, it won't do above 12 kml there
That's Wrong.. You can see around that alto G model 2007 still are good cars giving 18 plus km/L after 12 years though..
