This trip was on cards since long and after all deliberations it happened on 13th February, 2016. Though the list was bigger and we came down to a number of 14 people who stood firm with their plan.
I took the charge to lead the flock and initially planned to leave KHI at 1300 hrs on 4 cars. Entire responsibilities were spread among the members leaving arrangement of food with me.
As soon as the day starts on 13th, the phones starts ringing to ensure everything is in order and purchases are done, at 11 am surprises started coming in. We were supposed to meet at Gul-bai at 12 and 2 cars were there on the given time and 2 cars got delayed. Long story short 3 managed to reach Hub at 2 pm whilst the last vehicle was on roll. We had no choice to wait for them in Hub giving us chance to have lunch there which was super in taste.

Finally we reached Kund Malir just before sunset and a clear land was spotted as our boot camp. City was first car to move on the sand and it got stuck after moving some 25 meters.

Floor mates were used to get it off from sand and we decided to move near Fish Market allowing us to park the cars overnight at relatively safer place.
We setup boot camp, Floor mates (Darriyan) were placed and camps were up, Lighting were done using a spare battery and LED lights.

Then comes the challenging part of food preparation, we had raw lamb meat with spices etc and marinated chicken to serve us as dinner. 4 of us got busy in preparing Lamb Karahi, Pathan Gosht and Chicken BBQ, from all three of the items Karahi and Pathan gosht was so tasty that BBQ rested in the dishes.

After dinner the charge of wild kitchen was given to another team of 4 to serve tea and then the chatter boxes of the group openned up their volumes, cracking jokes and sharing their experiences of fun. It was a whole night of fun when most of us remained awake with all ears to the jokes and songs sung by two of the members with very soulful voices.

Some of the members were seasoned anglers and they got disappeared in the rocks and dipped their tackle trying their luck. One of the guy managed to land a small fish which was decided to be released.

The best part of the trip was the night and magnificent sun rise. It was so mesmerizing that it can't be explained in words and will let the pictures speak...

With Sun the usual activities of the boatman started and were captured by the camera
