whatever it is.. it wasn't manufactured until 03 probably.. new dash n gearbox came... probably it was a ncp

back then.. times were good... 2.8m and u could get a used 03-04 cygnus with night vision

SIR i might be wrong but ny freind had crashed his lrn 66 pearl white colour lc near bahira town expressway nit sure the exact place ,it might be some other though the one i mentioned can be seen by many members of westrdige rawalpindi like @tauseef or @madhouse12 as it can be daily seen near race corse road valley road area lemme google map that for u ,and those who saying like fazal bahi lol that colour is cool red on mtmis guys mtmis doesnot have sometimes proper information even its not on the same name anymore its on name of shoail ishaq

Who knows? May be they were disconnected. May be that this vehicle was drowned in a flood in Japan. May be this is not the vehicle's first accident? In Pakistan, no one knows or cares about matters like these.

What i think is that they didnt deployed bcuz there was no impact at front and airbag sensors are located there but dont know if it had curtain airbags

The RSCAs should deploy if there is a rollover, frontal impact or no frontal impact.

You know what the airbags are connected with seat belts and if u dont wear them then airbags wont deploy and that doesnt matter if the are curtain or knee or side

Only the frontal airbags require the seatbelts to be fastened.

ABS is only good for steering away from danger or avoiding a skid on slippery surface. Nothing as such here.

Just zoom to the window on ninth photo it looks like a piece of cloth cuz all the air is finished its in green colour

That is a white cloth sheet on the outside of the window and not the curtain airbag.

Its not Curtain Airbag ... its a simple in which complete car is covered... Airbags never ever comes with the shade of Green color... even any one can see the shade of green color cloth from windshield...

The dark shade along the top of the window is the piece of plastic used as the sun shade on the outside of the front window. The sheet is on top of that on the outside. The airbag will deploy on the inside and obscure that external sunshade, and it has its own pattern of seams and creases that is easily recognizable. This white sheet is NOT the side curtain airbag.

Dear.. why we should admit a wrong thing. We are here to educate eachother on different topics.

As far as question.. this is not an airbag. If I go by your statement then Toyota did a good job by introducing parachute. .

Air bag has horizontal or vertical creases stiched.
Toyota introduced side/curtain airbags in lexus GX and Landcruiser in model year 2003 onwards.

Also I have a difficult to understand why that green shade on Driver Side windscreen on the outsde?

Curtain airbag comes in one piece all the way from A pillar to C.. so it will remain hanging inside the vehicle not outside common sense is the bag will not fly outside. The B pillar will keep it inside. For your understanding I am placing a typical /generic curtain airbag below. They have air or no air the curtsin will remain inside..
