What is laboratory wali car in local market. Is buying car with laboratory a reasonable option? Someone told don't ever buy car with laboratory you won't b able to sell it.

lab car means that the forensic verification of vehicle has been conducted by Customs.
if every detail is as per book and physical attributes of vehicle there is no harm.

All such scams are trick of criminal vehicle dealers to scam a buyer / seller.

@capsat is very right yeh sari drama bazi hooti hai of the dealers.
Some 2 decades back bought a Nissan Sunny, which was a flag car of Chaklala Airbase, that vehicle had gone through the lab test. I did ask the seller about that… I was told that any vehicle sold/auctioned by the airbase has to go through that process before being handed over to the buyer along with the lab report. Though I am not sure if that is still done or is something of the past.

Thats correct since year 2000 PAF does not dispose-off their 4x4 & Sedan vehicles without Lab report. engine & chassis number is always mentioned over that document handed over to buyer.
Any PAF auction vehicle when reverified by excise at time of registration stand null & void if lab report attested copy is not attached with such request.

Same goes with Custom impound auction vehicles.
It is bit different with Balochistan & Sindh Customs.
