hey guys, i am planning to construct a house in islamabad in June inshaAllah. so i need to know only the labour cost for per sq ft as i am planning to get my own material.so i need some info about it.thanks
Bhai i think labour rate depends upon quality. For normal quality i think it should be under 180 per square feet. For good quality 220 to 250 per square feet.
In rwp good quality labour rate is 130-150 for structure based buildings

I think he is quoting rate only of grey structure.
Brother, Wajisfaiz rate is correct and upto dated for complete work (Grey + Finishing), my brother recently constructed house in Islamabad. Butwhy rate is also correct, he is quoting rate for only grey structure.

Yes quoted for grey structure only. A relative's house is under construction and deal was done at 150 per square feet for grey structure only..
It's a bit off-topic, but when constructing home, make sure to use good quality electrical wires. Bad/cheap quality will save you only once but will cost you lifelong.
