Bhai Jaan! Want to know if it's a good idea to invest in DHA Phase 10 Lahore. At the moment the file rate of 1 kanal is around 5.7 millions. How long will it take for the balloting to occur and when and how much it can appreciate? Please maddad karain. Shukria sir G.

If your asking when dha phase 10 will become like the rest of already developed dha phases like phase 5 etc then the true answer is it will take at least 7-8 years not before that.
