All property in older phases of DHA is highly over priced these days. But if the house is not older than 2 or 3 years then I guess it's a reasonable asking price.

P.S. The pictures you have uploaded are of Phase 6. Phase 4 is not that clean any more.

14 million plot price is of 1kanal plot not 10 marla. Ur asking of 16.5 is not less from any angle.

Please post legitimate pictures, the ones you posted are not of Phase4. Phase 4 doesn't have underground wiring.

zameen . com has this weird thing in it, it puts on some default photo based on the location if the poster doesn't provide any photos himself. The poster never actually uploaded any photos, so he's not trying to do a fraud or something.

Secondly, real estate prices have shot up like on fire or something this last year or 2.

According to current market prices, 16.5 million is quite reasonable for a 10 marla house almost anywhere(amongst the nice places) in lahore. There must be something wrong with it. If not, then something's wrong with the seller.

There's nothing wrong. Its a single storey 10 years old bungalow. And secondly owner needs money, that's why selling at a reasonable price
