I registered my car from Lahore Excise back in May 2023 but the card and number plates are still pending, even online status shows still under process. Does any one else face same issue? Thanks!

heavily back logged
apparently they are unable to fix and process it since long
evreryone in market knows this. you should not have problem selling etc

I applied for Registration of a bike back in May. Still the status is "Phase scanning: Status Pending"
There was issue with their smart card making vendor and all cards/number plates are pending since then in Punjab.

Smart cards are delayed for a long time. To resolve this issue, Excise Punjab have offered E cards/ Virtual Registration Certificate in their website now. Just go to Excise Punjab website and download it by providing your car number and chassis number.
