well guys...just had a chatt wid malikg115...I wud like to suggest the following:

OPTION 1

To meet up at any open place (like in front of AFC-Fortress stadium)...have chit chatt with other members...inspection of members rides...photogrphy n a group photo of all the members in daylite...khana peena apna apna

OPTION 2 : (ONLY IF ALL THE MEMBERS AGREES)

ALL MEMBERS HAV TO DEPOSIT RS 300.

serving of softdrinks/tea or snacks

Dinner at Frichiks or AFC.

Any amount left wud be equally distributed to the members or a banner wud be made frm this amount (pre-calculations of the expenses ) as suggested by malikg115.

NOTE : ALL EXPENSES OF THE PARTICIPATING MEMBERS FRM OTHER LOCALITIES WOULD BE BEAR BY ALL LAHORE MEMBERS AS THEY ARE HOSTING THIS GET TOGETHER.SO THE ABOBE MENTIONED AMOUNT COULD BE INCREASED.
