ok guys v important thing v hav found is that
1 not every 1 has same need of food at a time
2 some may like and may not like same food
etc etc
so there r many reasons that some one may think that i ll pay more than i should pay
so some of my amount will b wasteD

some guys hav given suggestion that it should b apna apna self buying program

& at any time, bcz these days v cant bound ourselves for mre than 1.5 or 2 hrs etc.

so guys food many hav suggested 2 b @ owner's own risk (lolz)

and there will b 3 (aprox) special members that ll b easily managed
after those outstation people ll hav 2 follow same rulE

ok guys...just gone through the whole post...majority is of the opinion ke khana peena shud be apna apna...ok fine...no problem...i don think ke we shud make an issue of it...

in other case...all the members who want dinner, can go for it after the meet...its fine too...as malikg mentioned ke most of the guys cannot stay more than 2 hours...its true...as it wud be sunday...

so my suggestion is ke khana peena shud be apna apna at the meeting place...n all the agreed member(s) along with the guest(s) can go for the dinner after the meeting and all expenses of the dinner will be divided equally among LHR members. !!!

so wat u guys suggest ??

hi guyz, late nite dinner idea is great!

i hope many guyz would like to join this, since there is sunday, so should't be any time problem.

But this dinner's bill should be divided to all the members, where ever from they are coming. If only charge to Lahori guyz then itdoes't seems well....
