ok guys v hav received many replies regarding APNA APNA OR DEPOSIT 300 OPTIONS
now v wan 2 share that it was almost 50 50 VOTING
1 view was it will b a bounding for people and 1 view is it’s a gt to do it together by depositing
1 (Rana Sahab) guy has given v important point that is:
on Sunday many get up late & then get special break fasts eg SIRI PAAI, LASSIAAN, HALWA PURIz, NAAN CHANAY ETC. so it ll not b feasible for them 2 get something from a fast food (JUNKI MUNKI food place) for almost 250 or more just after a few hours, & 2ndly in that much time it looks illogical (just after a few hours of their Break FasTs).
Guys v add :
1- If some friends ll like 2 go for dinner a little later, then they must hav some want & need for that.
2- v want 2 talk 2 each other not 2 think of this thing
3- the need for food as described ll Not b much, on that Day (SunDay)
4- as many ll b new (even coordinators ll b meeting for the 1st time) so v ll need time 2 know each other & discuss many many things, help each other by knowing their problems. In short less time should b given 2 the foooooooooooooooooooooooooooood…
5- v important thing was 2 see the menu of AFC available at that time:
so u can also see (not v clear but . . . .) that the biggest normal deal at that time is
for Rs.120/- only. And a up grade is for Rs.15/- or 20/- (aprox.).
6- considering the voting, views, time, food requirements, late night option, expenses calculations and other few things and not to create any other issue regarding this part we have done some work (v hope u people ll appreciate it) and made a simple procedure with some rules etc.
EVERY MEMBER WILL HAVE TO PAY Rs.150/- TO COORDINATORS ON ARRIVAL.
THERE WILL B A SIMPLE LIST AND V THINK THAT IF V MOVE SYSTEMatically, V LL NOT NEED ANY LIST INSHA ALLAH.
NOTE:
1- PACKAGE WILL INCLUDE ANY (1) DEAL FROM NORMAL MEAL LIST (APROX. 9 ITEMS) WITH 1 UP-GRADATION (IF REQUIRED).
2- THE BALANCE WILL USED 2 ACCOMMODATE 3 SPECIAL GUETS (FINAL LIST LL B AVAILABLE SOON).
3- IF THERE WILL BE ANY BALANCE AMOUNT LEFT, IT WILL BE MANAGED AFTER THE CONSENT OF ALL THE MEMBERS.
4- YOU CAN DEPOSIT AMOUNT TO CO-ORDINATORS ON OR BEFORE THE GTG. (CALL FOR EARLY PAYMENT).
5- NO OUTSIDERS WILL BE ALLOWED.
6- MEMEBERS CAN BRING THEIR FRIENDS OR RELATIVES (MAX. THREE) AND THEY WILL HAVE TO DEPOSIT MONEY FOR THEIR GUESTS.
7- THE NUMBER OF SPECIAL GUESTS WILL BE THREE MAXIMUM.
8- IF ANY ONE WANTS TO DEPOSIT AMOUNT BEFORE GTG DATE THEM HE MUST GET THE RECIEPT.
ANY OTHER RULE THAT WILL BE PRACTICAL FOR THE DAY CAN BE ANNOUNCED AFTER THE CONSENT OF THE MEMBERS.
@ ALL WE HOPE THAT THIS DATA WILL CLEAR MOST OF THE THINGS AND AFTER THIS WE ALL WILL TRY 2 BRING MAX MEMBERS OUT FOR THIS GTG 2 MAKE IT A GR8 DAY.
