Lahore to Skardu Khunjerab Pass - local travel

AOA,
I am SAEED from lahore,
I am planning to visiting Skardu, Khujrab Pass , in September 2018 ALONE.
I have a limited budget of Rs. 15000/-.

So, please If some one have correct information about local transportation and hoteling best rates so please tell me.
Also please tell me the tour point to point places for visiting.

Natco will take around 2700 atleast till hunza. In hunza if you stay in the cheapest of hotel it will take 1000 rupees per night (which is not possible in these days even in september) from Hunza you will have to hire a car or you will have to share a taxi which is difficult to find
In short two way ticket RWP to Hunza & Back to Rwp 5500-6000
Stay at hotel atleast for two nights 5000
Vist to Khunjerab and back to hunza 2000-3000
Meals etc 3000
Keeping it so tight it would get around 16000 and i have not yet included lahore to ISB

Don’t plan skardu, my suggestion go pir wdai adda pindi catch bus, coch or wagon for direct hunza night stay hunza next morning find a group to go to khunjrab and back same day go to altit and baltit fort next try to attach same group and visit near by areas, you could not hire special car and jeep because of high rates in peak days

Better to join a tour group which are plenty. They will be able to take you and back in 15K.

Don't go to altit and baltit they charge 400 each ticket to 800 mazeed spend ho jaye ga it's better to plan bike tour rather than local transport in limited budget

and do not provide 3rd meal
