^ cant u grill them in this machine ? like first u do the goat , and then u can grill the chicken thing ?
if you want all in one go then set-up a sajji bhattii , or you can get a large professional " angeethee" from these caterers as well ,
aftermarket grillers are available too , but the can do 2 chickens at a time , for large events , u have to get a professional griller ,
and for that its the same way to go ..
the best option would be to hire come one to do the job , tell the catering service to provide you labor too , plus all the equipment ,
it is exteremely hectic if you plan to do it by yourself , a lot of things are involved ...
so leave it on some one else , while u pple enjoy the food ..
my friend owned a restaurant , so we used to pick up all his equipment and drag it down to my place on such events , u can try the same if u have any such friend.
