I have been a silent reader of this group for some years now and has been really inspired by the posts here. I am planning on visiting Pakistan for 3 weeks to 1 month for the sole purpose of backpacking. I have Laila peak base camp and Rush Lake in mind at this time. I am planning on spending more time so that I can do some landscape and nightscape photography. I lived in Batagram for 1 year and spent most of my life in KPK though has not been able to backpack except for Jehaz Banda in 2014. I am in very good shape and have been hiking here and there. I want to know the opinion of experts over here if Laila Peak basecamp and Rush Lake are feasible or do I have better options for backpacking.
