Lancer 1.6 2006 rough running, misfiring, jerky

Hello.

Im in desperate need of experts on this difficulty.

I have lancer GLX 1.6 2006, Cng was installed in 2007 and its been running great with perfect mileage and everything till now.
Since last 3-4 months the car is very jerky on CNG and perfect on Petrol.
i have changed coils.
cleaned all sensors
cleaned throttle body
fine tuned CNG setting
but still no use. no one seems to find the solution.
Also it gives CHECK ENGINE light while accelerating and it goes off when i take the foot of the throttle. got it scanned but no engine codes.

any solutions???

@dani_kk thank you last week fixed my Corolla 2010 AC at your place .. its working great now blower motor issue resolved.

There are some reason due to which engine misfire,
1. Due to low fuel pressure.
2. Due to gas kit issue(might be damage or passing the air)
3. due to low quality of plugs.
4. Not good quality of fuel.
Try to check the fuel pump pressure first.
