not related to automobile! but would like to inform those who are interested about an investment opportunity.

We have plenty of land available for goat/dairy farming which is extremely profitable business in Pakistan.

The land is near the Chakri interchange when going towards Lahore on the Motorway.

From Islamabad it takes approximately 45 minutes and 30 minutes to Pindi.

A few villages are near the farm and currently we are already supplying milk but in small quantity. the location is so ideal, buyers will come to buy from you or you can sell at high price in Islamabad to those who want FRESH milk....

wikimapia has got old pics but it should give you a rough idea........we have plenty of land on the other side as well..... one of the farm has electricity, biogas and water..... the other one has water and we can get electricity as well...... you can see there is a local community nearby.

i think distance from the farm to the center of islamabad is close to 60km.... we live in f/10 and it takes us 45 minutes to get there as the motorway is empty, only 2 traffic lights within islamabad before we get to the motorway.

the other piece of land is also quiet near the chakri interchange...

if you are seriously interested we can show you land we have but do let me know what you have in mind... i.e goat farming or dairy?
