I dont have experience of 3dr 70 series but if you are talking about 1KZ engine, I can share my mileage below:
I am getting 7.5-8 km/l in city with full AC in my Toyota Surf 1999 model 141000 kms driven al hamd o lillah, I believe in preventive maintenance and have changed everything she needed and I drive with a light foot as well.
On the weekend I went to multan and kept my speed between 8-90 km/h with full AC and to my surprise I reached there in half the tank filled it before going home and she did 10.85 km/l tyre pressure was 30 psi and I returned in same manner and got the same figure again al hamd o lillah.
