Did you ask the price of pair of rear shocks from Toyota walton ?

Most probably they will buy from dealers like Nishat Autos from Montgomery road and will sell them under the price tag of their own.

If Walton motors has told you the price as 20-30K for pair of rear NEW SHOCK ABSORBERS then its fine.

But if they will quote you 50K plus 10K for labour plus 5K for GST, etc. then it means they are selling it over price too.

A pair of rear shocks doesn’t cost more
than 20.5K even if its original Toyota’s.

I asked Toyota walton at first he said they are available and they are 48k but then I called again today for appointment they said they were hydraulic. I am in lahore right now and again searching for them. I just don't want the hassle again that is why I am not opting for Nishat Autos and others I'll contact Toyota again on monday if I am not able to find them I'll go for the locals

Could also try partscentral. Not sure if he would have them, but you can get an idea of the price. Will have to get a part number

Asalam o Alaikum Plot twist gentlemen I took the car to Toyota walton turns out the shocks were genuine I personally verified the part number as well no issues there the rims and tyres were faulty the dates on the tyres were changed they had excellent treadwear but were very hard the rear rims were bent as well I had to replace both the rims and tyres as a result ride quality has significantly improved the ride the steering everything feels soft but 20% of the bumpiness is still there I have checked each and everything under the car but couldn't find anything any suggestions

Seems everything is fine if Walton motors gave all okay… I would suggest drive a revo for few days lc would become comfortable lol
