As per my information, we can split this vehicle in two groups
1 – Toyota Land Cruiser / Amazon / Grand Cruiser
These are basically same Suv but difference is luxury options but boby and engine is absolutely same. Further it comes with two different Petrol and one Diesel engine
A – GXR (Petrol)
Engine - 4.5 liter, 4500cc, 6 cylinder in - line, 24 valve, EFi, Unleaded with Catalytic Convertor
Power - 240hp/4600 rpm
Torque - 41.5kg - m/3600 rpm
B – VXR (Petrol)
Engine - 4.7 litre, 4700cc, V8, 32 valve, EFi, Unleaded with Catalytic Convertor
Power - 250hp/4800 rpm
Torque - 44.0kg - m/3400 rpm
Diesel Version Of Land Cruiser
Engine - 4.2 litre, 4200cc, 6 cylinder in - line, OHC
Power - 135hp/3800 rpm
Torque - 29.6kg - m/2200 rpm
2 – Toyota Cygnus or Lexus LX 470
Actually is considered most luxuries and expensive model of Toyota / Lexus Suv in this class. Basic body is same but difference in Head and Tail lights, interior is more comfortable with lots of luxury options. But Engine is same as In Toyota Vx Land Cruiser.
Engine - 4.7 liter, V8, four cam, 32 valve, 4664cc, EFi, unleaded with catalytic converter
· Power - 250hp/4800 rpm
· Torque - 44.0 kg-m/3400 rpm
I have used all these three models (GXR, VXR, LX470 not Diesel) and experience with above information…Correct me if I am wrong somewhere.
