Yes. RCL cyclinders are made in India. Possibly one of the cheapest in the market. This is manufactured in 12/2011 so an unauthorized smuggled one.

i purchased this CNG kit brand new and its not easily available from the market due to the ban. Due to shortage and non availability they got expensive and i purchased it for 70k.

I purchased it brand new in jan 2013 where as manufacturing date of cylinder is december 2011
