Asalam o Alikum, i want to ask all the respected respected members that from where i can get cheaper laptop.. DUBAI or PAKISTAN. I wanted to buy most probably Hp or toshiba. My range is 55k. U can easily get a Core i3 with 2gb ram for under 55k
your range is enough to buy a good new laptop in pak .... but if u wanna save some bucks u can buy from dubai ....good used one but warranty will not work here so be carefull ...
@eclips.. i have visited the market's but the Local warranty laptop price are high as compared to international warranty. Warranty claim is not an issue you can claim it by giving freight charges that is 2500.what about HP G62, its available here at 47,500 core i3
@scorpio i have almost going to buy 1564 core i3 used on at 38k but many people says that it has many problems like heating, fan is noisy sometime, problems with display and mouse pad. Now N5010 is available in market which is the newer version of 1564
hp g62 is good but not built like dv6 series ..... and in laptop the main thing matter is to check that air flow is proper or not ..... as they get heat up very fast so processor doesnt really matter ...... whether its i3 or c2duo .... ask anyone who have used that series as i havent used this particular series ....

International Warranty laptops are the laptops which came to Pakistan through Gray channel. They would obviously be cheaper. Prices would more or less same in both regions. If you are living in Khi, then try searching for some deals.
There is no major difference between the performance of Core i3 and Core2duo only difference is that Corei3 are latest and launch in 2010.I agree with you that heat flow system matter a lot in laptop. Higher the processor higher the heat emission.
