Larger Condenser in Coure

Aoa, i am having issue with the ac for quite a while now, list of work that i got done.
1. changed evaporator (Thanda Dabba).
2. Installed Deut compressor.
3. Installed new condenser.
despite all these changes ac performance is not good, car has no overheating issues, i had an engine swap with MIRA engine ac is wired through the computer.
Now i am wondering if installing a larger condenser will solve the issue as throwing water on condenser improves the cooling extremely well, any brother with experience to please guide if i should go for it or not, regard.

it has stock/ original fan and additional fan is installed on condenser speed is fine for what is normally fitted on coure

car is currently in Sargodha, i will look up for the shops, just wanted to know if installing a larger condenser than stock will improve the AC performance.

Instead of condenser addition see if you can add extra small fan to condenser from fron side. If anyone can do this jugar will be much helpful than adding condenser.

You cobbled up bits and pieces together to make an ac system.

Whats wrong with the unit the factory provided? And what tooling was used to ensure the gas volume is correct?

Volume of refrigerant is traditionally measured by seeing bubbles in glass sight on receiver drier.

car when bought had make shift system, senden compressor, mehran condenser and evaporator. i changed the system back to factory but compressor kept failing thus i installed duet compressor being the best compressor as per mechanics. gas was checked using pressure gauge on low pressor side and gas was full, by the way i am spending a handsome amount on ac since i bought this car in 2015, i needed a compressor every year. except for now since i installed duet compressor and high pressure cut off switch on high pressure side.

extra fan is installed on front of the condenser already and flowing gas/ oil appears in dryer glass, again the car has seen many mechanics in many cities but the outcome has not changed strangely.

Can you briefly explain how cooling is not good I mean not even good at high speeds or you having cooling issue on idling and slow speed or through out driving experience.

Pls guide how measure to know the right quantity of gas to be filled. I dont see snay accurate tool with workshops to check.

Gas volume is measured in weight not pressure and to test the system you need to test both low and high side along with checking temperature of both heat exchangers.
