Hi. I booked Honda City in August 2021 and I received delivery date of 30th April 2022. Today, I received a letter that delivery will be delayed until May 2022.
This is total rubbish from Honda. Can I do anything? Will they provide any compensation? Can anything be done at all?
You will get compensation from 61st day of your full payment. If you havent paid in full, expect nothing and pray that you get the car in may.
All in all, you cannot do anything but to wait or cancel.

Did u pay in full? Because if delivery was in April they should have asked full payment by feb end/march 1st week

kibor will start 60 days after initial payment in your case it is oct 21. And then kibor on balance payment will start 30 days before delivery. Because as per honda company policy they ask balance payment 30 days before delivery
So, how does one apply for KIBOR?
You have to contact your dealership otherwise honda is doing it automatically as they have to give annual report to EDB because of ADP 2021-2026. Honda has already given kibor of Oct 21 deliveries in Feb 22 means lag of 4 months. Cheque will be forwarded to your mailing address by your dealership.
