margalla / baleno / liana are not competitors, there the same brand being renamed again and again to be re achive the lost market,
other then that depands and varies country to county, jst like after the launch of Baleno in India Maruti Suzuki India kept in line the Esteem (margalla) which was finaly replaced by swift sedan, nd is the only country to have swift sedan in the whole of Suzuki market around the world.
this time Pak Suzuki is Planing to keep Cultus wid the launch of Swift.
While they dont understand that Baleno catered to a middle class family as a sedan. no matter how small it had a boot to carry handbags even after cng. (same case wid a margalla) but they think Pakistanis love hatch backs, bhae its because they can only afford hatch backs. if a Margalla or kia Classic type car is introduced wid brand recognition (toyota/suzuki/honda) and price of a Cultus who wud even bother for going for a cultus or Liana.
Liana is a bigger car nd due to price hike Cultus leina mushkil hogaya hai gareeb admi Liana khaak lega, people who use to get Vtis and se saloons are now buying GLis
