Launching Pakwheels SHARES possible?

At Rs 10/- per share, is it possible to enlist Pakwheels on stockexchange, the contributions from shares would be used to explore any business ventures and turning pakwheels (or i should say Pakwheels Pvt Ltd.) into a profitable institution.

Any formalities, ofcourse should to be discussed to make Pakwheels into a legal entity.

Members, specially from commerce side, please advise.

Its important to look into business possibilities... Pakwheels can
- play a role in vehicle import
- arranging auto shows
- establishing auto shops for spares (or develop e-bay style business)
- be partner in other business events like trade shows/exhibitions which can use money from pakwheels and in return share the profit with pakwheels

But its better that Pakwheels admin get themselves involved in such business activities more. When they successfully make Pakwheels a good business entity then making it a company can be thought of as it might cost them very high right now.

Lets discuss what contribution (monetary, investment wise) can we make. We can contribute to a pakwheels fund if there are any business prospects...

1) make a list of all pakwheels members, and their technical expertise info (jobs, experience, areas where members can assist - make a list of the areas to choose from)
2) we can elect members to pakwheels office (technical board, admin board, finance board etc)...
3) pakwheels rules of business (constitution) are layed out
4) all members and the board sign and take oath on the consitution
5) We know the members, who can help in different ventures, e.g. importing vehicles, access to auto spares. Board can contact such members, make a list of them, and assign them tasks.

Lets everyone think on these lines, and the experts in different fields come forward.

Let me list some prospects...

• Import of vehicles , we have many members who either import vehicles themselves, or have access to such importers... these members can form a group under pakwheels

• Selling spares online, a lot of knowledgeable members have access to the auto markets and they know where the spares are available. they can form another group and facilitate all requests.

• any deal of cars through pakwheels, any import from the group, any selling of spares, could contribute say 1% or less (of the total amount) to pakwheels fund as well.

• apart from the revenue above, we have members who can contribute to the stocks... initially they could be virtual (like tickets with 10 Rs a ticket) and anyone can sell the tickets and take his money back.

These are just ideas from a novice like me, but I am sure, guys can give much elaborate suggestions

PW as a commercial institution!? Interesting. Let's include this in the MAY meet and let everybody come up with ideas.

I personally like the e-business idea, only if PW could be a source to some truly world class auto products.

There is a ton of items that could be sourced and sold in PK.

Honestly, we dont have much of imported spare parts available here, maybe this company(if it is made) it may help and bring these parts which will be bought by many here in Pakistan.
