LC 80 series book issue

I have seen a LC 80 series lahore registered but it seems like its previous book was duplicate although the owner has the new passport book now. Is it ok to buy it?

Also on books and excise website its showing it as land cruiser 2 but all the import papers with the owner its mentioned land cruiser. Seems to be some clerical mistake. Is it ok to buy if the excise is ready to fix that issue in their records?

The old book they have its not printed/stamped duplicate on it. But on first page its written 1 on top which one of the guys with me to inspect the jeep said could be a duplicate. I am not sure how the lahore number duplicate books actually are. Is it stamped duplicate?

I have checked with excise office the first book is not duplicate.

Now the other issue of land cruiser 2. Its mentioned on old book plus the new passport. On import papers its land cruiser. So getting it fixed on book means it will be amended by hand and then stamped by excise office. But will the reduce the price of the jeep later? Please someone guide me asap as I have to make the deal tomorrow

records might have bn altered to reduce the engine cc maybe
do the record show 4200cc or less?

Brother on excise website and on both books its 4200cc. Only problem is land cruiser 2. I will be 6th owner of this jeep if I buy but my concern is why 5 previous owners didn't get it fixed. And why the very first owner didn't get it fixed. Something fishy?

Also the old book as I mentioned had a small # 1 printed on top which means its the second print of the book but its not stamped duplicate.

Should I get its records checked in customs as well? Or is excise office verification enough?

I have got the jeep checked at CIA today and its is all ok. No alterations of any kind. Original frame and body. The vin at toyodiy.com is also showing proper information as the jeep is.

So now is the only problem of land cruiser 2

So finally the papers are verified at excise office today. All documents are complete from bill of entry and all transfers made till yet. The issue of land cruiser 2 is a clerical mistake as the Frame number is same in all documents and excise records. So hopefully tomorrow the deal will be finalized
