@durrani, i'm sorry to have to say this, but for any claim, you should have gotten back to him timely.. 3 weeks later nobody in the world entertains a claim.. (not going into the debate whether he sent a broken piece or not).. now that so much time has passed its not appropriate to say this.. and i tell all the people i know to contact the seller / buyer in person before giving feedback online.. it can help avoid unwanted situations..
lastly, i am sorry but one should never ever make complaints regarding price once the item has been bought.. since its always buyer beware.. and trust me, he gave you for a reasonable price..

@jz.. bro please see if you can accommodate durrani in any way, to resolve the matter in a more pleasant manner..

i wdnt mind refunding him if he used the proper way n proper language,he needs to learn some manners first.i posted a pic of the plate,u can see its sealed n not damaged,
theres nothing pleasent about it after the sort of langage he has used.his father has my number,he can call me up n first ill read to him what his son wrote n then v can figure something out if all goes well, n he has to show me pictures of the plate,if damage isnt because of me i wont be funding him,u can see the condition above.

Agree with Tilsim. There is no issue or debate here.
- 3 weeks later, no seller is liable.
- if there was to be a delay, seller should have been informed at least, so that something could be worked out.
- attempts should be made to settle issues mutually first. Washing dirty linen in public is NOT a good first step.
- caveat emptor applies everywhere in Pakistan. Get savvy or get broke.

All the above is without factoring in my own personal experiences with J.Z.
He has been a member since before Durrani joined, and respect and reputations are built. I don't post here much but I browse around a lot, and I know for a fact that if he wanted a quick buck he has had his fair share of big opportunities.

My 2 cents? Your agent messed up, Durrani. I think you should have a word with him. He's clearly trying to shift the blame to save himself.

All that can be done now is to feel sorry for how things turned out here.

Durrani is of young age and the way mr a1ms and Jz responded to his feedback cm allegations it was hard to differentiate who is kid around and who is grown up. Having said that I will second durrani for the expensive part as I also bought iridium plugs from Jz but they were quiet expensive from market when later I checked the prices from Chaudhry Autos Peshawar but I didn't bother to put it in black and white here on this forum as the plugs were working good and I was satisfied with the performance.
Keeping in view the above I will request JZ to please look into the matter. 2k is not that big amount , if he is not satisfied with the plates just ask him to send it back to you on his shipping expense and you credit the amount back to him. coming up with reasons like "I have not made u buy this on gunpoint" is unprofessional and creating a bad taste in this friendly community.

i never knew you will start pointing me out , i was just clearing the mess in btween you both guys , trust me if you would ve asked for refund or the main issue on phone with him he would ve sorted it out ,
i ve bought many things from him and returend some of the stuff because it was broken or do not ve proper fitting he has always returned money . even mai 2 3 deals se back off b kr gaya tha .

p.s my friend robbed volverine as well. i would not mention the stuff in return i myself ve paid him 3k (From my own pocket) to volverine and it was all sorted on phone rather then on public forum
