tools Required:
- Steel Cutter
- Drill machine
- Wire cutter
- soldering machine
- wire tape
Material Required:
- LED strip light length approx 4meters
- cable ties
- screws and nuts
- steel strips lenght approx 1.5 meter and width only 5 inches
- wire
- switch
steps:
1 remove the tire and measure the disk or drum i.e its 9 inches note it as 10.5 or 11 inches if u have larger rims, u can note it as 12
2 cut the LED strip length u note X 3 + 5inches (note u can use the area of the circle formula too) always cut a larger size then required..... cuz if its large u can cut again but i case of short one can help anthing
3 cut the steel plate for making ring out side the disk or drum at size u noted
4 one u have completed this step u have choice to get it weld by some welder or make it urself the sports to attach the ring with disk internal covering plate
5 drill both sports and the internal disk covering plate and place screws and get the tight
6 once the rings are fixed then place the led strip light on it and tie it with cable ties , (double tape is an option but its not prefferd ) tie strip with 6 to 7 ties at distance.
after installation of the LED strips make its wiring beneath the carpet or under body through the battery.....u can wire it up with your parking wiring tooo
