LED Headlights for CL Accord

I recently purchased a CL Accord and I'm planning to upgrade the headlights. The current lights are quite dim, and visibility at night is a real concern. There are several LED options available in the market, but I'm a bit confused due to the wide range of brands and models.

Don’t go for LED. Buy a good HID kit (none of that Chinese crap) and enjoy.

From my understanding, the CL9 came with the D2s HID's that also had the ballasts mounted under the headlights and the CL7's came with H1 halogens on low beam. If I understand correctly, he has a CL7 based on his past posts about getting one

Anyways, i'm sure owner can pop the cover off and see what kind of bulb is in his car

Thank you so much! I was actually considering purchasing the same one myself, but I'm unsure about the base it comes with. I recently visited an electrician, and he mentioned that the Accord doesn't come with H11 or HB3 sockets by default. He said the base might need some modifications in order to install LED lights properly.

Are you based in islamabad? You car has h1 bulbs on full beam. Depending on whether you have a cl7 or cl9, you will have h1 or d2s on your low beam. It does not come with h11. Slap your electrician and don't go to him

Hb3 connectors are used for 9005 bulbs in your full beam. If your car doesn't come with 9005 bulbs and h1 bulbs for high beam, why is he even talking about modifying and ruining the stock wiring. Just get h1 led bulbs for a plug and play application

The cl9 which is the top variant (apart from euro r) came with d2s hids in its projectors. The cl7 being a more base vaient came with plain h1 halogens in its projectors (unless you have swapped cl9 headlights and changed the connector pin too)

Both bases have direct led replacement bulbs. Share your number if you are in islamabad and I'll check what kind of bulbs your car is running. Otherwise, pop the cap off by rotating it anticlockwise and take a picture and post it here

The connector you've shown is neither a h1 or d2s connector. So gotta see what's up with the headlight and it's wiring

Btw the clip pin you've shown is the high beam. This is your low beam housing. It's going to have a hard plastic cap that needs to be rotated anti clockwise to open it up
