U need alot of LEDs and then also Projection will be the biggest question.

you will have to find a way to focus the light as LEDs have a very wide light pattern.

a major thing that depends on the headlight desigen is the pattren on which u wana make the structure.about the focusing u can get the light foucsing in different angels thas not a big issue,the problem is how to get a mold for the structure and the crystel glass or plastic from where to get that made cz i dont think some one custom makes that front light cover and the custom molds for holding the structure.
CONTINOUS VOLTAGE SUPPLY CIRCUIT can be developed its easy.

Forget about focusing the LED's with LED specific projectors, the main problem will be controlling the heat produced by the LED's.

If the temperature elevates too much then the LED's will fail.I think above 300 degrees F, LED's tend to fail.

I would suggest you to do a HID projector retrofit instead.It would be far more cost effective and will be far easier to do.

LED's lighting at the moment is not yet superior to HID lighting.Take the Audi R8 for example, it has the option of LED projectors, but the stock HID projectors on it have much better output.

also I think that LED,s donot have that much intensity that they can be used as a headlight

You need much more than a fan.You will need heavy heat syncs to conduct heat away from the circuit.

Sure LED's may be the future but why put in heaps amount of effort and money just to have inferior output to cheaply available HID projectors?

Head on over to the HID Planet forums and do some research, you'll know what I'm talking about.

now bro ur yt here it would be a hell lot xpensive this way when u get it heat syncs before that u need a fan to carry the heat to the heat syncs for to let them throw it away and most of all a custom made lkight weight frame that could hold all this stuff together ,
