LEDs need to be installed in meter

hi all there

i need to install LED lights in my baleeo meter coz i have got bored to see the dim yellow lights in meter and pannel...can any one tell me that who do this thing best in lahore??i mean where could i find an expert to make the meter look as i like...

also i have an alternative plan to convert the meter to the digital one...suggestions need: should i go for it...and if so than from where can i have a digi one...and how much it shall cost

can you assemble a jigsaw puzzle?

if yes you can change the bulbs in the meter aswell. check the link i gave earlier it has step by step instructions on how to do it.

its not that hard, get a screwdriver and get it done.

ok i shall try it...but that guy make the meter total red...i need some thing more attractive...i wod be a combintion of blue and white...he just have changed the bulbs..and secondly his meter has white base...but mine has a black base...even if i install a red or blue bulb it wod hardly change the appearance of meter... if u say i can send you pics of the meter...

Its Quiet An Easy Job...Just Remove Bulbs And LEDS Are Available..Just Put Them By Removing Bulb And Install Back..

If You Can't...Any Auto Electrician Can Do That...They Know How To Replace Meter Bulbs....!!

Wanted to do it.bought the LEDS.But the shopkeeper said they r of 3 volts not 12 volts and in order to use those in meter u need to connect resistance with each LED,and now i have forgot how many ohms of resistance he told me to use..any help??

r there any 12 volts LEDs available which can be fitted in the meter.I know ppl use LEDs in Parking lights but those can't fit in meter.

bhai u go to to any LED selling shop and tell him u want to run it on a 12V battery. he will give u the resistor accordingly.

@Imtishal. Go for 470Ω resistors. If you go any lower on the resistance, the LEDs would become brighter but their life would shorten dramatically. Personally, I'd use resistors even higher than 470Ω and install more leds to compensate the dimmer light because of the high resistance. That way the LEDs would have a much longer life.

Bro jo koi bhi meters me LED ka shoq rakhta he check this thread and contact cmc11 he will surely help you in this regard. you can also check his work with LEDs in thread below.
