tht they sent grip instead of clip.my anger started to grow and complained again.this time they took 15+ days

but is the product faulty? i mean the led for low beam are shot or what?

Have got many LED beams from auxleds, never had a problem.. some cars have a fixed positive and two switched ground signals from the stalk inside, in that case these leds will not work.. you'll have to install a circuit with two relays and separate wiring to make the LEDS work properly.

When i talked with aux leds phone operator they told me its plug and play stuff no alteration required.they even said if u do alteration the warranty for led will void.now i want to return these leds but no response from them

Now not responsing is the scam part.now what can a consumer do in this situation.i really want to return this piece of garbage

please check the return policy of the company and simply follow it.

and dont panic, u can still sell it to someone who needs it around you, it will be okay

Brother i have called them thrice and even sent them msg on whatsapp.they r not responding at all.i dont know what options im left with right now.

You should have gone for BI LED bulbs. Their products and after sales services is simply top notch. Tried and tested.

Did you try flipping the low beams around, LED bulbs are polarity sensitive

What do u mean by flipping low beams.

The connector clip which connects to your cars wiring, try flipping and then did you check the fusebox to be sure
I would check the fusebox especially as it is rare for both lights to be blown. Your car is new so i wouldn't worry about the wiring itself

Yes also did tht but of no use.i went to 2 different electricians.one said alteration of relay etc is required.i personally dont want tht and its also written in there warranty card tht its plug and play.any kind of alteration done like installing relay etc will void warranty.

Still not understanding the scam part.

Seems like you have no idea how to install or troubleshoot them (car parts sold to DIY folks have a presumed assumption that they are somewhat smart enough for DIY)

Does your car have a constant power source at the connector? Does it have a bulb check system?

Or are you buying on the fact that it says “plug n play” and thats it? Most sellers stop responding to such aftersales questions.

Now coming to plug and play thing.when i first called before buying those leds,aux leds person told me that its plug and play thing no alteration of any kind is required.he also warned me of any such alteration saying it would Void ur warranty fr leds.
I hope u understand these words.
First of all im highly dissatisfied with there service and there product.Wouldnt recommend anyone to buy Aux leds.
Instead to go fr Phillips or osram.

When buying such accessories and not DIYing it, buy them from a physical shop along with installation. Accessories sold online are sold to the customer who will install it themselves. Accessories sold to workshops have different documentation.

The alteration they mentioned for warranty cancellation was for alteration of their equipment, not your car.

I am in the business of car sales, support and repair (including parts and accesories) for more than 2 decades now. I know what such words mean.

If they are not responding and you really want to make sure the leds are functional, test them in another car that uses h4 bulbs. Or send them to a pw member who can test them and respond back to you

I've bought 3 pairs from auxleds. Never had any issues. One of the pairs for my nissan were not a direct fit in the sense that the backing plate wasn't screwing back on. However, I was able to send back the leds and got the refund in 10 days

Test the bulbs on a different car though. You'll get your answer if the bulbs are the problem or the cars headlight wiring system which won't run these bulbs

Usually H4 bulbs turn off low beams when you switch to hi beam.

Some cars with Factory HID turn on both hi and low beams.

In Vitz this can be controlled by changing headlight switch assembly.

Make sure your car has a orignal assembly and has not been tampered with previously.

Also, the electrician referring to alteration or relay. That would be done to your car and not the bulbs.
