Retarded laws just to make money through Challans!
We have cars selling from dealers without headlights adjusted properly. Inadequate lighting on the roads forces users to use higher power lights or high beams. Until and unless you cant see properly, this will continue.
And to make matters worse, the market of aftermarket lights is not regulated, and owners consider the brightest HID equivalent to the black man's SNAKE (if you know what I mean)!
So why not take the right steps in the right manner first, instead of banning something. When we run out of water, it will be illegal to wash your face and take a bath too!!!
Sorry but getting fed up with ridiculous interference of every aspect of public life by every new person in charge without thinking the matter through!
