Since these car come illegally their is no legal channel.
The cars that come into Pakistan are meant to be gifts and transfer of residence purposes which means legally no money is involved in importing these cars in Pakistan only duty has to be paid.
Where as the cars that come into Pakistan are being imported for commercial sale. But their is no commercial import of cars into Pakistan.
