Let’s start with finding a e36! I’m willing to pay a realistic price for e36 not gonna pay stupid 12 Lacs for a e36! Let’s see if we can find one together! A one with the BMW in-line 6 would be perfect!

Realistically speaking you won't be able to find a clean one in 3-500k.
Either increase your budget or look for a KE70. Slap in a 3SGE/GTE and floor all day. But that would come around a total of 7-800k.

Yes totally agree with you but I'll be honest I'm not looking for a clean one anyways. I'll stripping the interior and everything so a clean one want be for me. Don't get me wrong KE70 is one my favorite Platforms! I've one but it requires every bolt to be restored and if I get that project started it's gonna cost me more than the whole E36 build tbh.
So you are expecting any random e36 wont have torn rear shock mount points on the body?
That is beyond stupid to repair properly compared to nuts n bolts of an e70 (p.s. dont try to get welder ustaad to fix it)
Brother I’m totally aware about the e36 subframe’s bushing issue. And I also know the condition of my KE70. Thankyou for your opinion my brother really appreciate it
Not the subframe, thats another issue altogether, the e36 tears out the top of the wheel wells where the top of the shock absorber mounts.
Its fixable but requires a hydraulic rivet gun and a whole new panel
Bro you need to increase your budget. E36s (very bad condition) used to go for 5-6 lakhs when people didnt want it. Now the demand has increased due to YouTube etc and really bad ones go for 7-8 laakh. The bmw badge is thought of as luxury here so people think that these e36s are some super duper thing. Ke70s are not comparable in drive etc but are more reliable and Pakistani ustaads havent screwed them as bad as the e36s
what people fail to realize is that they are not "luxury" cars by any stretch, they ride quite rough and are quite cramped in the rear seats - meaning saith sb trying to read newspaper while driver goes down the road is impossible because of the jarring.
They are good skid pigs though!

German quality is far better than the local manufacturer
