@sheryar: you'll be in Abu-Dhabi, or will join us from Dubai ?

@SHJ/RAK/DXB members: lets fix 12:30 meeting time at ibn-e-batuta, same place where we met last time. We can wait for all members to gather and leave around 1:30. In meantime members present there can offer prayers as-well.

@Abu-Dhabi members can reach at circuit at 2:30 and prepare for welcome of rest of team :P:P

@All: Charges for fully organized race competition is AED 235/- Per-head.(Sprint Racing)
If we split between two groups and groups compete each other then it will be AED 250/- per head. (Twin Sprint Racing)
Short 10 minutes session is AED 100/- per head.

I know it has got bit expensive, we're trying to get some discount on this, waiting for @waqitariq to check.
