Includes: Safety briefing – karting equipment & fitting – test run
Driving Time Total time 25 mins: 10 mins practice and qualifying / 15 min final race
Process Time: 1h and 45 mins which includes; Registration – safety briefing – karting equipment and fitting – start & rest time – awarding winners trophies.
Registration: Customers will register upon arrival in the registration area using the touch screen application booths, all staff should be on hand to assist
Please ensure that customers register all their details including their email address as well as take a photo to ensure they receive their race results.
Safety Briefing: After registration customers move to the briefing room where they will receive a debrief about the rule of karting as well as a detailed explanation of the usage of the various flags.
Waiver Form: Then the customer will be asked to complete and sign a waiver form before proceeding to the changing rooms.
Karting Equipment: Kart Zone will provide helmets, gloves, facemask (banclava) and overalls. Segregated changing rooms are available onsite.
Staff member need to ensure that all customers have adequately fitted equipment.
Karting Track: Once all the above is complete you will assist the customers to their kart - a break test needs to checked, to test steering and breaks before they commence racing.
Final Check: Before racing the following needs to be checked:
1. Breaks
2. Helmet is secured and visor is down
3. Steering control check
