Right now:

50+ km/L if driven at 75-80 km/h speed.
If i accelerate and brake smoothly.

If harshly and quick accelerations and top speed of 120 km/h or 110km/h sometimes. Then it gives 30 km / L average.

because odometer is 10 km/h faster than actual GPS speed. So when someone says keep it at 60 km/h. I keep it at 70km/h.

Today my mechanic told me. All the mechanics had mileage competition and
his CD 70 2008 did 104 km / L

at the speed of 5-10 km / h.

How? They fill the carburetor with fuel as full as the capacity and stop the fuel intake and drive until that carburetor gets empty and calculate the CC and km with one liter.

^^^ this is the 3rd way to calculate the milage in a quickie.

The best way to determine the fuel mileage and quality is by reserve to reserve but with 1 liter fuel ONLY.

WHY?

Because I know i can get the mileage in quick way just by finishing one liter ASAP.

And because its 1 lister. So i can easily accelerate smoothly and brake smoothly and never change any gear after 6k rpm. ---> leading to good mileage and quality of petrol and petrol pump.

Problem with filling a tank with 300 or 500 Rs. And then counting average is that:

Sometimes you drive smoothly for 10 - 15 minutes and sometimes harsh. So. The one liter which we consumed with smooth driving while other with harsh. Giving us average of 30-45 km/L instead of 50+.

I hate that bit. Not satisfied with this kind of way of measuring the average.

Your mileage is Enough But my bike is Giving me Horrible Mileage as I told You Just 25km/litre....

use clean air filter
get tappet nut tight
plug clean

finaly most important
slide neelde of petrol should be in middle
and 2nd important mixture setting
go to mechanic and ask petrol kam krdo

Furthermore The Battery is also Leaking water And bcoz of that The Chain Cover got Stains Over it and I Cant remove them.

battery has nothing to do with milege

It tuned but petrol setting is wrong

go to same mechanic again or find some ustad they will not charge for thiis or if they will charge then max 30 to 50 rs

ask them to do mixture setting and slide needle setting as per factory

Oh bhaii. Change the damn mechanic shop. Dont let young guys be near you. They should be opening and cleaning things not setting the tappets etc.

Battery ka pani leak means zyada daal diya jo over ho ke gir rha hei. Larkay nakaara hen. This happens in big cities. My 125 used to give 20 km/l milege in lahore after tuning. And here it is giving 55 exact kmpl on genuine odometer speed. Every time i checked it. Almost 4 times in a year. Always 55 at constant 60-70 km speed. And at full throttle gives 30kmpl at 105 km/hour speed.

Its always the mechanic. I think they must have changed some genuine parts as well too. It happens. Ghusa aata hei esay dukandaroun pr.

Spend time finding or looking for reputable or imaandar plus hunarmand karegar then get it tuned. The main karegar should be the one fixing ur tappets n all.

Yes Brother You Are Right These Mechanics Are Harami....
He Charged Me 50 Rupees Just For Touching My Bike And Did No Profit To Me Or My Bike Just Looted me..
I changed The Mechanic and This One Seemed Imaandar So I Went To him And He Just Charged me 10 rupees For Setting The petrol Average.
But still I Just Got 10 kilometers on 30Rupees Petrol...
What do you think Is It A God Mileage?

Not good mileage. Being imaandar is not wnough. They should be famous or experienced especially in fixing mileage. They should have proper instruments and keeping the bike idle should be low.

Don't check mileage like this. Time consuming. Put petrol in tank. And when u think carburettor is full then close the petrol from tank. And drive the bike slowly at 50-60 speed. And count mileage. If it covers more than 1.5 km or max 2 km. then average is set good. Then that means either the petrol pump is giving too low petrol. Cheating. Or petrol quality is not good. Or your engine oil is not good and keeps the bike hot instead of cool. Hot bikes are bad as well. Use zic oil especially made for bike. Some shopkeepers will sell u cars engine oil of zic. Dont buy that.

And city mei mileage kam hi aati hei. Brakes. 1st gear etc.

I remember my 55kmpl giving bike drink 3 liters of petrol in 15km track of sand because it was mostly on 1st gear and seldom on 2nd.

I hope you get a good idea. Even my bike when i took it to lahore for a week it was giving me 35 km mileage. Either bad petrol quality or too much brakes. I repeat. I am saying mileage. Not average. And you should check the plug whether it is getting black means buring too much petrol means petrol is not being set properly by mechanic or either carburator is bad or broken or cannot be repaired.

Before tuning the bike. Ask the ustaad. Kitni average set kr sktay ho iski. Mein check krun ga carburator mei petrol ki mileage check kr kay. It will take 2 km to just to try their settings of each an every mechanic. Uski kiya guarantee hei keh yeh 50 km de gi. Ya mujhay masla btao. Purza kharab hei tu change krwata hn per phir kiya guarantee hei. Bas guarantee lo. If someone can give guarantee after fixing settings or even by replacing any part. They are better. Try old ustaads. They are imaandar and experienced compred to young little thugs.

If they say now it will give this and that mileage. You can say. Mei abhi check kr laita hn. Ya chotay ko bhejo check kr ayay. Ya etc man. Mileage is not something keh 100 km chalanay ke baad pata chalay gi.

I asked my now mechanic which i have been getting tuned with blind trust now that kitni mileage day ga. Lahore mei tu 15-20 thi. He said. I have set it to 50+. Baqi Allah malik hei. And it gave me 55+. He is one of 10 mechanics Honda took to japan from all ober pakistan to make them learn their proper theory. He is illiterate.
His record of setting the maximum mileage on honda cd 70 os 104 kmpl. Has a certificate from honda.
Honda gives 3 tumings free per new bike. 2 tunings were from honda center and 1 would be from him. Which he has stopped doing.

Half liter on constant speed 60kmpl on long route gave me 28 km more than 3 different times i check on original meter and mobile gps as well and i know how much road it covered.

This is 125 bike man.

Moreover How to Lower The Needle Of Carb To Get More Mileage? Where is it Located?
