Lexus has crossed Germans in reliability :), but we Pakistanis just like to hang around in mercs and bmws and now Audis will b roaming aeound like civic and corollas

Lexus are very reliable but parts could be issue in Pakistan since there is no dealerships.

Toyota Indus can easily start importing Lexus cars at a starting price of 1. 5 crore for IS series and then sell one-two units per year like the 90 lacs camry 2013 model
On a serious note, it ain't gonna work. Thanks to the exuberantly high duties (and a few lacs commission for toyota indus) no one's going to buy these cars and will prefer JDM and UKDM Lexus approved second hands. In UK Lexus depreciates quite a lot so u could get a good value Lexus dealership approved car that way.
But the dealers don't find these cars lucrative either as no one really buys them. They prefer german sedans more. They retain their value and sell quick too.
Is audi selling enough units per month to make its investment in pakistan profitable?
They opened and then closed a dealership in Karachi a few months ago I think.
Most of the audis we see on the road are private imports and not through audis dealership , am i right?

Yes there were a few audis especially the q7 when audi opened its dealership but now I've hardly seen a new registered audi.
There are a handful of A4's in lahore and very few A5's.
Does anyone have their own official statistics in pakistan?

Coming back to the topic, Lexus doesn't stand a chance in pakistan. The duty, govt taxes and Toyota Indus commission will repel every potential buyer who has earned his money honestly

Lexus don't have a lower displacement like BMW, Audi, Mercedes have to enter local market at lower price. CT200 hybrid is the lowest displacement engine in Lexus line in NA market and I believe they have almost same for Euro market. This is also reality that if you have to really enjoy the real BMW, Audi or Mercedes like C class for example you need to drive C300 not C180 which is available in the local market. Add little more mirch masala by drive a 4matic.
Same goes for Audi and BMW..
