Liana 2008 RXI: Few things needs to be asked

I have recently purchased my first car and it is Liana RXI 2008. Body is in mint condition and almost rust free, interior is clean too. However, Engine is swapped with M15A. There are the certain things that I need to ask,
1. What is the fuel average of Liana RXI 2008 with M13A and M15A? I have read few international forums claiming that M15A has better fuel economy as compared to M13A. I’m getting it 7kmpl, ustaads are telling me that there’s nothing wrong with the car.

1. M15A is VVT, so how would I know if its turned on or not?

2. Which coolant shall be used in its radiator?

3. It’s Compressor is making rattling sound, AC technician is suggesting me to install Honda life rotary compressor.

4. While AC is on, I feel that car feels bit heavy which is unusual for a car with 1.5 engine.

5. Upon accelerating slowly in 2nd gear, I always feel two Jerks but If I accelerate in 2nd gear by pressing accelerator hardly, I do not feel that.

6. Odometer shows mileage around 230K but engine was replaced in between. Therefore, I am not sure which Oil grade to use. I am thinking of using Valvoline Synthetic 10W40.

7. If I leave steering, car steers itself slightly towards left.

8. RPM needle is not working. Sometimes it works for a while or Jumps and come back to 0. Ustaads are telling me that meter is faulty but I highly suspect it.

9. Clutch Pedal is making squeaky noise. Can its servicing fix this?

10. Brakes vibrate if I press brake while on speed above 90+ kmph

1(no advantage or huge economy boost by activation)
2)liquimoly red 3L bottles and rest distilled water.
3)change the compressor to its own compressor
4j ac must be having sludge deposits. Needs full system cleaning and flushing with new compressor might need to change condenser aswell or evaporator.
5) either coil or either rear mount broken or bracket loose.
6) get the compression test done
7) control arm bush broken or balljoint issue
8)looks like faulty cluster.
9) clutch paddle needs pin grease or lubrication
10) get the rotors lathed and new brake pads

Thanks brother for the detailed response.

Even though scans are reporting correct readings, but mileage I’m getting is 6kmpl. Any advise where should I particularly look?
Apart from that, I went to some mechanic today he told me that gasket which is installed is of carbon instead of usual one (I guess it’s MLS) that’s is why I’m having poor fuel economy. I’m not sure how to which extent this claim is true.

I’ll go with the AC servicing first, even though technician advised me that compressors pistons have gone wrong.

I’ve poured in Valvoline 10W40 for now. Previous owner was using 20W50 which is very wrong I believe for such engine.

Coils that are installed are of Baleno, I was told by mechanic. Should I get replacement coils? If yes, which brand or vendor would you recommend? I will get engine mounts checked.

Can you please tell me what do you mean by cluster regarding RPM needle? Thanks.
