Liana 2009 cabin heater issue

Assalamualaikum WRWB.
Kindly check the attached picture.
Actually my liana heater is not working properly. Very little hot air.
Please check in picture the pointed pipe, its just connecting the inlet and outlet heater pipes.
Please confirm that there is same configuration in your car.
Well it seems illogical to me as the water will bypass the heater.

Picture not showing if these pipes are connected to engine. If your car has thermostat valve installed and these pipes are hot to touch when engine at operating temperature than your heater core maybe chocked.

Do you use proper coolant in the car? If heater core is chocked it needs to be replaced or repaired if its a copper one.

Well these pipes are connected with engine and with heater as well. But are also connected with each other with rather a smaller pipe before heater.
I just want to confirm that this partial bypass is genuine suzuki design or some Joghar by some mechanic.
I have bought this car about an year ago and don't know its previous history.

I bought Liana nearly half an year ago. It had the same problem, heater was blowing cold to very very mild hot air. I detached both, inlet and outlet pipe, going into heater core (as shown in your picture), Attached water hose inside one them and turned-on the water tap. To my amazement mud like water started coming out of the core. The problem was the mud stuck inside of it. After the flush, I attached the hoses back on and filled the coolant to level. The heater afterwards was blowing very hot air.
